Probing ultra-light axion dark matter with the kinetic SZ effect

We compute observables of the kinetic Sunyaev-Zeldovich (kSZ) effect in the presence of ultra-light axion dark matter. We show that next generation observations of the kSZ effect have the potential to constrain cosmic axion abundance.
